We ask that you fill out all of your information so we can keep you up-to-date and informed throughout the entire process. You will receive an email after you first sign up for a SCRAP-PAK, which will include your personal tracking information. Once we receive your SCRAP-PAK, we will notify you again via email. And lastly, we will inform you once your check has been mailed.
We will be in contact with you via email, phone, or postal mail should we have any issues with your SCRAP-PAK processing.
